All orders fully processed before 2 pm PST will be shipped on the day of purchase.
All orders fully processed after 2 pm PST will be shipped on the next business day.
It is highly recommended that any incorrect information that is accidentally inputted when placing an order be corrected by calling one of our representatives as soon as possible.
While we allow cancellations for orders, please be aware that you must contact a representative right away so that we can resolve any problems before they occur.
We are ready to cancel any order that has not been shipped.
If your product was already shipped, please be aware that our company can only recall packages shipped through UPS Ground while in transit. Any packages that are already shipped through USPS cannot be canceled. Shipping charges are non-refundable once a package has been shipped.

To correct/change a package's address/destination, please call our phone number and a representative will assist you.
Once a package is delivered, we can not redirect a package's location unless we were notified before the package's arrival. Without prior notification, we will not ship a second package until the first shipment has been returned to us.
